How do I stream the live and on-demand classes?
You can stream all classes directly from your laptop or tablet. Just log in, pick your class, and get ready to sweat—wherever you are!
What if I can’t make a live class and need to cancel?
Life happens—we get it! You can cancel up to 6 hours before class start time.
Single class & class pack users: Late cancellations (less than 6 hours before class) will result in a lost credit.
Monthly members: No worries—you won’t be charged or lose anything for late cancellations.
When do live classes go to the on-demand library?
All live classes will be available in the on-demand library within 24 hours!
How far in advance can I book a live class?
Plan ahead, superstar! The booking window opens one week before the class start time.
What do I need to take a RIDE class?
Let’s get you geared up:
A stationary bike
Optional: cycling shoes (clip-in or flat)
A way to track RPMs—we recommend the Wahoo Cadence Sensor for a smooth ride experience!
Can I pause my monthly membership?
Yes! You can pause your membership anytime with zero fees. Just head to your account settings. Heads up: While paused, you won’t be able to book live classes or access the on-demand library.
What if I’m not ready to commit to a membership or class pack?
Totally cool! You can rent any on-demand video for 24 hours—no strings attached. Try it out and see what Flexen feels like!
